Included in our review is an engineering analysis. It will also determine the frequency and power needed for the induction heating power supply, the type of fixtures and tooling needed for high quality induction heat treating, and the processing techniques needed for cost efficiency.

2. The material and any prior heat processing.

3. Include a sketch/print showing the heat treat area.

4. Specify surface hardness and case depth.

5. Provide applicable specification numbers.

6. Provide lot sizes and estimated annual volumes.

7. Any other requirements (for example, rust inhibiting).

8. If the part has been in production, list any prior heat issues.
